Imports & Discovery Progress

Use imports when you already have a list, or run automatic discovery when you want fresh leads to show up in the group on their own.

Choose how new leads enter the group

You can upload a spreadsheet of leads or run automatic discovery from your customer profile. Each run creates a status trail so you can tell what was added, skipped, or still processing.

  • Spreadsheet uploads are best when you already have a target list.
  • Automatic discovery is best when you want fresh prospects that match your profile.

Follow progress without refreshing the page

As leads move through analysis, the import status updates in real time. Once analysis is complete, you will see scoring, research evidence, and any public conversation openings that were found.

  • Pending means the lead is still being analyzed.
  • Completed means the lead is ready for review.
  • Failed or cancelled imports stay visible so you can diagnose what happened.

Troubleshoot slow or thin discovery runs

If an import stalls or returns fewer leads than expected, check the group settings, your uploaded file format, and any filters that might be narrowing the results too aggressively.

  • Remove duplicate rows from spreadsheets before uploading.
  • Widen your customer profile if the group is too restrictive.
